I first met Jordyn many years ago when we were both living in Hawaii. She started as a client, but quickly became a friend! We spent a lot of time hanging out at the beach, going out for drinks, and laughing so hard that I would be in tears. I was sad when she left the island, but we knew we would meet up again one day. I can’t tell you how excited I was when that day finally came. She told me she found *the one* and wanted to visit so I could take their engagement photos! Not only did we get to finally reconnect in person, but I got to meet her amazing fiancé, Jerome. They balance each other out perfectly; Jordyn is fierce (think sassy but sweet) and Jerome has a very calming energy. I loved getting to capture their connection with their engagement photos at Victoria Beach.
Victoria Beach Pirate Tower Engagement Photos
Built in 1926, The Pirate Tower was originally a staircase down to the beach. It may be an iconic landmark in Laguna, but the beach feels very secluded. The tower is tucked behind the cliffside with a bit of privacy, making it an ideal place to take engagement photos! The tower was inspired by castles in France and adds a very whimsical vibe to any session.
