While most photographers get queasy at the thought of everything that goes behind operating a business and marketing yourself, I absolutely thrive in this area. I am so passionate about helping you master this side of your business in a way that is exciting and flows naturally.
But, I know exactly how it feels to not be there quite yet. Building a business is a journey, filled with ups and downs. You've probably scoured the internet for all the best photography tutorials, listened to all the podcasts, read countless business book, and you still feel stuck. You're passionate about photography, but didn't realize all the other pieces of your business you would have to take on by yourself, and what the hell is SEO?? Everyone around you seems to be booking (maybe even at higher rates) but you're frustrated, and feel like throwing in the towel.
It shouldn't be this hard. With the help of a business coach, it doesn't have to be.

In 2015 I moved to Hawaii with my camera, a duffle bag, and a dream. I had no idea how to make it work out here, but I knew that I had to. I was shooting almost every day, sometimes multiple shoots in a day. I was straight hustling. But after a while, I was just straight fed up. Instead of quitting, I leveled up. I went from $100 photoshoots to $100k+ in yearly revenue, working only 8-9 months out of the year. I have since used my marketing experience to start other business ventures. When I look back, I almost can't believe all the little steps I took to improve. It make sense to me now, but I never would have been able to see them at the time. I'm here to guide you through those steps, so you can find success more quickly (and hopefully cry a lot less than I did, tbh.)
I know how frustrated I used to get and how many times I wanted to give up, having no idea that success was literally right around the corner. Encouraging people to chase their dreams and equipping them with the knowledge and skills to get there is my love language.
Every mentor session includes a deep dive questionnaire so that I can meet you exactly where you are at, and help you reach your goals. You receive a check-in 2 weeks after meeting so I can answer any questions that came up to ensure your success.

This is for photogs who are ready to level up their client experience and improve their photography skills. Get an in-depth look at how I carry out a session from start to finish. We will meet for 2 hours to discuss client communication, workflow, and posing/prompts. Then we will head to a live shoot where you will be able to see me in action, ask any questions about lighting/camera functions, get to practice new poses, and capture amazing images to add to your portfolio. After the shoot, you will get all my editing, workflow, and gallery delivery tips!
