I do not take the title of "Fun Auntie Chelsea" lightly! While we’ll definitely get the classic 'everyone smiling at the camera' shot, most of our session will center around capturing candid, genuine, joyful moments. Laguna Beach is the perfect backdrop for capturing your family’s story, no matter the occasion. Whether you’ve recently welcomed a little one, are looking to document the excitement of your vacation, or simply want to book a session just because, this iconic coastal town is home to some of the most beautiful backdrops in Southern California. Here are 5 of my favorite photo locations in Laguna:

Aliso Beach
Aliso's wide shoreline, vibrant blue water, and secluded area just around the bluff make it the perfect place for a family session. The best part? It's easily accessible with a parking lot just steps from the beach.

Treasure Island Beach
If you're looking for a little bit of everything, look no further than Treasure Island Beach. It features golden sand, palm trees, dramatic cliffs, and unique rock formations. The park above the beach also offers a beautiful view of the coastline and lush greenery. It truly has it all!

Victoria Beach
This secluded beach is home to one of Laguna's most iconic landmarks, "Pirate Tower." Parking can be difficult, but it's always well worth it.

Crescent Bay
Crescent is a hidden gem. It sits between two cliffs, offering incredible views everywhere you look. The rocky areas at the North and South end of the beach are perfect for mixing up the ocean backdrop.

Heisler Park
This beachside park runs along the bluffs in Laguna, offering incredible views of the coast and beaches down below. The walking paths are surrounded by palm trees, and you can take trails or stairs to the cliffside beaches.
