Happy Valentine’s Day! I thought today would be the perfect day to share a recent Oahu proposal that I was able to capture. These Disney lovers traveled to Hawaii to stay at Disney’s Aulani Resort and Sergio knew that it would be the perfect location to ask Danielle to marry him. He contacted me months before the big day and he was so excited to plan all the details (but a little nervous, rightfully so).
This was one of my “sneaky” proposal captures, where I was just hanging out waiting at our meeting point. Sergio told Danielle that he booked a sunrise turtle excursion tour.. totally makes sense for visiting Hawaii. They held hands while walking along the beach, when Sergio got down on one knee and showed her an adorable mini adventure book that he created, with the gorgeous engagement ring inside. She said, “yes” (yay!) and then he told her I was there capturing the whole thing and I love the surprised look on her face. We spent the next hour taking engagement pictures during the sunrise and it was a perfect morning. Congratulations to these two!
