Lahaina Photographer – MacKenzie + Cameron – Honeymoon Session
I got to meet MacKenzie and Cameron during a very special time in their relationship, their honeymoon! MacKenzie’s family is from Oahu and her parents married in Maui. While they chose to have their wedding on the mainland, they wanted to do something special to pay a tribute to the Hawaii wedding tradition in their family. They chose to have a photo session during their honeymoon in Lahaina and it was so much fun! I took them to one of my favorite beaches for sunsets. It’s perfect for frolicks and has an awesome cliff to adventure around.
Between capturing fun and romantic photos, we talked about everything under the sun! From business and photography to scuba diving and everything in between. They were so awesome to be around, and the sunset was simply amazing! We had a little bit of rain toward the beginning of the shoot which gave us a beautiful rainbow! Photo tip: A haku lei is a great accessory for a photo session in Hawaii! I have recommendations for florists on every island, just ask! MacKenzie got her haku from the flower shop inside the Kaanapali Marriott.
