Luke and Demi got engaged at Thousand Steps Beach nearly one year before I met them. We decided to return to that same beach for their Laguna Beach engagement photos just before the sunset. I knew it would be so much fun when I first met them! They are very down to early, giggly, and so in love.
Everyone knows I love a non-traditional route, and Luke and Demi do, too. They first met in 2015 while attending college together, got engaged and married, and then contacted me for their engagement photos. I love it when couples do things their way and on their terms! It was a beautiful evening for their sunset session. Thousand Steps Beach is a large beach surrounded by bluffs, so we had a lot of options and time to explore. We got pretty lucky with the weather, too. It started as an overcast day, so the beach was nearly empty. Thankfully the clouds parted during our sessions and we had gorgeous colors for the sunset.
