Audrey and Stacy decided to flip the script on the traditional wedding day by having their elopement at the Griffith Observatory, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Tired of the stress and endless planning that comes with big weddings, they chose a path all about them—personal, relaxed, and filled with love. Selecting a city was simple – Los Angeles. Known for its pride and love for all, Audrey and Stacy wanted to immerse themselves in its vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.
The Griffith Park Observatory
The Griffith Observatory offers unparalleled views of Los Angeles, bridging the gap between the bustling city and the peaceful mountains. Like everything in LA, it is a busy location that draws in tourists and locals looking to escape the city. Even so, we found secluded areas and the best view of LA that I’ve ever seen. The observatory provides a unique vantage point that captures the essence of Los Angeles. It has featured in countless films and TV shows, cementing its status as an iconic landmark. But none as iconic as this elopement!
They mentioned how they always feel like they’re in their own little bubble when they’re back home. However, their non-stop laughter and genuine bond as best friends show that they bring that bubble wherever they go. It was adorable to witness, and so fun to photograph!
I give them 5/5 stars, but what did they have to say about their time with me? Check out their sweet review!
“Chelsea was so great and easy to work with. Working with her was like just hanging with a friend who happens to snap some really great photos. We are obsessed with our photos and had such a good time taking them. Everything was very natural and easy. 100% recommend.”
