Steph and Pua’s wedding at Waimea Valley was nothing short of perfect! I knew their day was going to be true to who they are when I walked in to see them getting their hair and makeup done together. Seeing each other during the getting ready process is one of my fav ways for couples to break tradition! There’s something really special about wanting to spend as much time as possible on your wedding day. It’s just adorable… and so was their whole day!
They broke another tradition that day – they went to the beach after their first look for a private vow reading. Their whole day was simple, tropical and elegant. They read their vows on the north shore, and then joined their family and friends at Waimea Valley. I’m going to let you see my favs for the day, but first you have to read what Stephanie said about me on The Knot and know that I legit cried after reading this amazing review!
“Creative. Vibrant. Easy-going. Funny. Dependable. Visionary. These are just a few words to describe Chelsea Stratso. In trying to find the “perfect wedding photographer” my wife and I searched through countless Instagram accounts, wedding websites, and even Yelp reviews. After all the searching we came across Chelsea Stratso Photography and were instantly hooked. There was something about her business website and IG that gave us a very real and genuine feeling about her. We were not wrong! In all our interactions (electronically and in-person) Chelsea is one of the warmest, kindness, and sincere people we’ve encountered. She communicated with us seamlessly and really took our own ideas and vision to life. She handled stress (aka our families) with ease and gave us a sense of comfort throughout the entire day of our wedding. Chelsea produced GORGEOUS photos of us and our wedding. Photos that we will cherish for a lifetime.”
See for yourself! 💖
