Chrissy and Alec traveled from my home state of Texas for their Oahu beach elopement! I love their story – they graduated from the same high school, but didn’t know each other until meeting in college! I’m always amazed when couples tell me they went to the same high school together but didn’t meet there. I’m from a teeny tiny town and knew most of my classmates since kindergarten! Luckily for them, the universe was in their favor to meet!
They had a super intimate ceremony with only family. I got to meet everyone at The Hilton Hawaii Village in Waikiki before heading to the east side for the beach ceremony. The location was pretty epic. It’s a beautiful cove that you have to climb down to and can be a little tricky in a dress. Chrissy’s dad was there to help her make the journey, and her sister officiated, which was really special!
