I met Gage years ago when I was a motocross photographer, which now feels like another life! Gage raced professionally and was always a funny kid. Now he’s a funny yet responsible adult and landed an absolute babe of a girlfriend, Molly! I was stoked to take some Laguna Beach portraits at this insanely beautiful beach. My move to Southern California is right around the corner and this session made me even more excited! Gage and Molly are so welcoming when I visit Laguna. They invite me over for dinner with a side of Love Island binge-watching. I’ve loved getting to know them together. Their relationship is so easy and I have to admit, I’m a fan of their style. So it was a no-brainer to do a portrait session with them the last time I was in town!
Laguna Beach Portrait Locations
Laguna is home to some of the prettiest beaches I’ve seen in SoCal. We chose a favorite bay with beautiful blue water and a huge beach surrounded by cliffs. I have to say, it made me pretty stoked to get to photograph in new places more often! (Update: Since moving I have been able to photograph more in Laguna at The Montage, Victoria Beach, and Treasure Island. They are all stunning!)
