Jen and Marc were on my books for a long time. Everything was set for their wedding. We were just 30 days out when the shutdowns started.. and I don’t even have to remind you all of what that was like! Instead of postponing… and postponing.. and then postponing again, Jen and Marc decided to give up on their “COVID wedding” and opt for a beachside elopement. I gotta say – it does not get better than the views we had!
Jen and Marc met on a dating app! It wasn’t long before they were best friends and in love, and had a million inside jokes together. They wanted to keep things stress free with a long engagement… little did they know how stressful the end of the engagement could get! But they made the absolute best out of it and they were *glowing* during their elopement.
This is one of my faaavorite locations for a really secluded beach sunset. After exchanging vows, they sat down for a beach side picnic, and FaceTimed family to show off their new bling. They frolicked, got in the water, and enjoyed every moment of their intimate day. It was pure magic!
So many couples were faced with difficult decisions last year and this year. To have a “Covid wedding” or to elope? This elopement is proof of how special and beautiful these days can be!
